Systems and Network Administration Sr Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot alarms from HP Open View and other monitoring tools
• Support first-level projects and tasks related to network operations
• Ensure all network systems are operational and available by collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams
• Apply standardized LAN device configurations and maintain network documentation
• Capture and analyze network sniffer data for troubleshooting and performance
• Certify new network equipment through testing and integration
• Interface with network monitoring tools group and provide feedback
• Maintain hardware inventory, perform burn-in tests, and manage vendor cases (Cisco)
• Develop and audit network system policies and procedures
