System Integration Lead

• Actively drive the integration process for software components in the ECU project, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, domain project leads, and other stakeholders to deliver the overall ECU software package(s) aligned to the project's software/system integration plan.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate integration requests across various domains, orchestrating a team of integrators.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful software and system integration.
• Actively manage suppliers and closely interact with them, planning tasks with and for suppliers as part of the project team.
• Lead the software and system integration planning, including the development of integration plans, schedules, and resource allocation based on project requirements and timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical guidance to resolve them.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements & Education:

• Business fluent English
• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study

Required Experience & Skills:

• Several years of professional experience in embedded software integration within the automotive industry, preferably in infotainment systems.
• Ability to break down complex problems and take a systematic, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Profound knowledge of software integration methods, tools, and processes, including software versioning, software releasing, and continuous integration.
• Experience leading integration teams with excellent communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with embedded development tools and environments.
• Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
