System Engineer II - ATS

Key Deliverables:

• Lead full-cycle Avature ATS, CRM, and onboarding module implementation and customization
• Develop advanced workflows, forms, portals, and data models tailored to global hiring processes
• Configure dashboards, reports, and data imports/exports using Avature tools and query language
• Integrate third-party HR tools via REST APIs, SFTP, and middleware to ensure system interoperability

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, HRIS/IT teams, and Avature support
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and workflow issues, applying root cause analysis
• Translate recruitment needs into scalable Avature solutions aligned with business goals
• Maintain detailed documentation on configuration changes and implementation efforts
