System Analyst(PAM+RBAC)

Strong knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Federated Identity Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Authentication Protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos).

Experience in user provisioning & de-provisioning automation

Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and systems integration.

Experience in IT transformation projects involving IDAM.

Technical Knowledge ( Hands on experience)

MFA Policies Configuring adaptive authentication, conditional access, risk-based authentication.

RBAC Implementation Designing role-based access structures.

Federated Identity & SSO Understanding integration of identity providers and service providers across cloud/hybrid environments.

PAM Best Practices Secure access management for privileged users.

Other Skills and qualities

Ability to engage with business and technology teams to gather and validate requirements.

Can articulate complex IDAM concepts in a simple, business-friendly language.

Clear and concise documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
