System Administrator

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator - MCSA) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery procedures
• Experience with system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization
• Understanding of HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management
• Configure and optimize cloud servers, security settings, updates, etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
• Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Java & Tomcat
• Apache
• Redis
• MySQL and MSSQL
• Web Servers
• FTP and CDN systems
• Add and manage FTP accounts and file management
• Domain and sub-domain management
• Configure email systems and regularly update security setting
