Responsibilities:

Coding & Documentation

• Review operative notes and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure correct modifiers and coding compliance per payer/CMS guidelines.
• Verify documentation completeness and follow up with providers when necessary.

Revenue & Denial Management

• Support charge capture and resolve coding-related denials.
• Maintain coding accuracy and compliance standards in all submissions.

Compliance & Updates

• Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling patient information.
• Stay updated on annual coding changes, guidelines, and industry best practices.
