Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with MySQL, Jira, Python, Groovy, Excel, and Rest APIs is an added advantage.
