Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with MySQL, Jira, Python, Groovy, Excel, and Rest APIs is an added advantage.
