Support Instrumentation

• To ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation and control systems within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on electrical, instrumentation, and electronic systems. The role supports plant reliability, process optimization, and equipment efficiency in alignment with industry best practices, particularly within Aluminium Extrusion and related processes.

Job Purpose Description

• The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience and hold a Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering. Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in Aluminium Extrusion, is essential.
• The candidate must have in-depth experience in PLC, HMI, and Drives programming and troubleshooting. A solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as exposure to Anodizing and Powder Coating plants, is crucial.
• In addition, the candidate should be well-versed in lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Autonomous Maintenance, and have a working knowledge of energy conservation techniques. The role requires a proactive, hands-on professional capable of contributing to equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
