Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Support:
  • Provide L2/L2.5 support for software solutions built using Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement short-term and long-term resolutions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor application performance and logs, ensuring any incidents are addressed within defined SLAs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Support Documentation:
  • Develop support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles for internal teams and users.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Interface with clients or internal users to understand and clarify issue reports and provide updates on resolutions.
  • On-Call and After-Hours Support:
  • Participate in on-call rotation or provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Electron JS, Angular, and Java.
  • Experience in providing L2/L2.5 support for web and desktop applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with application performance monitoring and incident management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with client communication and providing customer service-oriented support.
  • Familiarity with support documentation tools and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage support tasks within defined SLAs.
