Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned project tasks, tickets, and deliverables on time and to quality standards.
• Utilize Confluence tools, processes, and solutions to meet internal and external client needs.
• Collaborate with team members on configuration, testing, and documentation efforts.
• Participate in solution design and implementation with a focus on financial reporting.
• Manage post-implementation support to ensure smooth client experiences.
• Resolve technical and software-related issues for clients.
• Communicate updates, risks, and resolutions professionally to stakeholders.
• Deploy custom work and deliverables as required.
• Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one or more Confluence solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Systems, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in FinTech, software, or IT-related roles.

Essential Skills

• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Shell, SQL).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Independent learner with high adaptability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to travel if needed.

Preferred Attributes

• Understanding of financial reporting workflows.
• Prior experience with client-facing software implementation or support.
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
