Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Network Replenishment Planning

• Develop and execute finished goods supply replenishment plans balancing supply and demand across regional warehouses.
• Place dependent demand on manufacturing and source sites using Kinaxis Maestro planning tool.
• Conduct medium to long-term supply network capacity projections to identify constraints and recommend mitigations.
• Support short-term Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) deployment planners to resolve immediate supply constraints.
• Own finished goods stock allocation process based on forecasts, service levels, and inventory policies.
• Maintain and update planning data in line with global planning governance (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters).

Inventory and Stock Management

• Ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence risks.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints.
• Collaborate with production planners, procurement, deployment planners, and supply planning leads for smooth product flow.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with PU Supply Planning Delivery leads, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams to align replenishment strategies with business objectives.
• Support Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing insights into supply constraints and inventory trends.

Systems and Reporting

• Utilize Kinaxis Maestro for end-to-end replenishment planning, leveraging scenario analysis to optimize service, availability, cost, and inventory.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as service levels, stock turns, and forecast consumption.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven expertise using advanced digital planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro preferred) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Working Hours:

• Shift from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST.

Travel and Location:

• Some travel may be required (negotiable).
• Eligible for relocation within country.
• This position is not available for remote working.
