Supply Chain Planning IT Consultants

• Supply Chain Planning: Strong understanding of core supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and inventory optimization.
• Implementation Experience: You should have completed at least 2 implementations using a best-in-class supply chain software tool such as JDA Blue Yonder, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, E2Open, Arkieva, Oracle ASCP, or OM Partners. Experience with custom-built planning applications using advanced algorithms (AI/ML) is also valuable.
• Work Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain Planning domain with technology exposure.
• Technology Flexibility: You must be flexible to work with any supply chain technology. Training will be provided as needed.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on follow-through and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous planning skills with an ability to multitask.
• Project Management: Ability to drive projects in a matrix environment by influencing stakeholders, collaborating effectively, and maintaining a focus on results.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets. Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

• Strong educational background from a reputable engineering and management school.
