Job Description

The Logistics & Supply Chain Executive will assist in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including product development, inventory management, manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns. The role involves maintaining records, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting management through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Assist in coordinating logistics for new product development, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and prepare presentations to provide management with insights into logistics operations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams as well as external parties, such as suppliers and distributors.
  • Legal & Compliance: Read, understand, and comply with legal documents, including contracts and import/export agreements.
  • Accounting & Finance Support: Apply basic principles of accounting and finance to support logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with diverse teams to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage logistics across all aspects of the supply chain, from product development to shipment of finished goods.
