Supply chain Lead manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Lead Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and demand planning.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
