Supply Chain Executive

Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the purchase, supply chain, and delivery of orders with the objective of cost optimization, smooth operation, and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound materials booking and materials planning through stock statement sheets.
• Check and review purchase order requests and monitor receipt and control of daily purchase/production receipt of materials.
• Organize timely movement of material within the unit to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement logistics cost targets and work on optimizing logistics models.
• Oversee dispatch activities through TMS, including truck arrangements, permit tracking, and follow-ups with transporters and sales.
• Handle payment processing and reconciliation for RM/PM and coordinate with vendors, transporters, and contractors.
• Verify detention bills and inbound logistic bills, create scrap invoice templates, and update detailed information in TMS for payments.
• Coordinate with planning and packing departments for proper accounting of recycled bottles and packing materials.
• Follow up with suppliers and transporters for orders and deliveries.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on resource availability, expenditure, and utilization.
• Implement contingency plans for demand fluctuations and prepare daily and monthly MIS.
• Maintain updated databases on vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information.

Requirements:

• 2 - 7 years of relevant functional experience in purchase, materials control, procurement, and inventory functions.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of purchase, materials management, and warehousing practices.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• High flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
