Supply Chain Associate | Pharma Industry

This role is for a Supply Chain Associate in the Pharma Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant management of materials within the supply chain, with a strong focus on cGMP adherence, QMS activities, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) and safety practices.
• Prepare Departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure their effective implementation.
• Improve QMS (Quality Management System) activities as per requirements.
• Daily monitoring and recording of environmental conditions in the warehouse.
• Maintain stock records and conduct monthly stock verification.
• Update all logbooks and records as per SOP.
• Ensure 100% compliance in QMS and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) by following SOPs.
• Ensure materials segregation in both Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) with proper labeling.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the dispensing booth and sampling area.
• Handle inward/in-process operations for multiple shifts, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoice maintenance, and material inwarding.

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP, MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) Modules.
• Strong understanding and adherence to cGMP and safety practices.
• Proficiency in QMS activities and documentation.
• Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to manage inward/in-process operations.
