Job Description
- Strong knowledge of turbine assembly processes, jigs, fixtures, and sequence planning.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical standards.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP for process documentation and tracking.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, torque tightening, alignment, and clearances in turbine assembly.
- Basic understanding of NDT and inspection requirements during assembly.
- Competence in troubleshooting process deviations and implementing corrective measures.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Edge softwares for jigs-Fixture design.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
