Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor-Collections to lead our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving performance improvements in the collections process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the collections team to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze collection reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance collection performance.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and debt recovery techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collection software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
