Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service in the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas according to departmental, hotel, and corporate guidelines.
- Actively promote sales by offering specialist advice and upselling food and beverage items.
- Ensure smooth and trouble-free operations of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas.
- Set up menus for group dining and banquets in coordination with relevant teams.
- Provide efficient service by bussing, serving, and arranging tables as per standards.
- Accurately record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders.
- Serve guests their orders promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
