Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service in the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas according to departmental, hotel, and corporate guidelines.
  • Actively promote sales by offering specialist advice and upselling food and beverage items.
  • Ensure smooth and trouble-free operations of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting areas.
  • Set up menus for group dining and banquets in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Provide efficient service by bussing, serving, and arranging tables as per standards.
  • Accurately record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders.
  • Serve guests their orders promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
