Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise daily activities and ensure team members are effectively fulfilling their duties
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members as needed
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor individual and team performance and address any performance gaps
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and safety procedures
• Submit daily/weekly reports on team productivity and progress

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the point of contact between team members and senior management
• Ensure clear communication of tasks, responsibilities, and expectations
• Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise within the team

Workplace Conduct & Grooming

• Maintain a professional, positive attitude and promote the same among team members
• Ensure team members are well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and accountable work environment
