Subject Matter Expert- Pre Primary

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design and Content Creation:
• Design, create, and review textbooks, lesson plans, assessments, and projects that promote self-learning and conceptual understanding in students.
• Develop engaging and interactive math curriculum that caters to various learning styles and enhances student problem-solving abilities.
• Continuously update the curriculum based on feedback from educators, students, and industry advancements.
• Workshops and Teacher Training:
• Conduct workshops and training programs for educators to enhance their pedagogical skills, focusing on integrating 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration in their teaching.
• Provide guidance on how to effectively teach complex mathematical concepts, utilizing innovative methods and educational technology.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, technology specialists, and assessment experts to ensure a seamless and cohesive educational experience.
• Work closely with content developers to create multimedia resources that complement the written material, making learning more interactive and engaging.
• Industry Awareness and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of current trends in educational research, technology, and mathematics instruction to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
• Regularly attend conferences and professional development workshops to bring innovative ideas into the curriculum.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Design assessments that accurately measure student progress and understanding, incorporating various types of evaluation, including formative and summative assessments.
• Gather feedback from teachers and students to refine and improve the curriculum continuously.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing K-12 mathematics curriculum.
• Expertise in developing instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in K-12 education (e.g., learning management systems, educational apps, interactive tools).
