Role Description:

Hands-on experience in engine component or casting die design
Proficient in design calculations using Mathcad for parts and subsystems
Skilled in Creo 3D modeling, FEA, Z tolerance, and interface checks
Practical knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and DFX tools
Experience with casting and plastic part manufacturing processes
Ability to select appropriate materials and measurement techniques based on part functionality
Maintain detailed documentation and technical reports on product design and performance
