Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Sub Module Owner - C&E Quality to lead our quality initiatives for electrical and control systems. The ideal candidate will be a Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong background in Design for Reliability and Quality Management. This role is crucial for developing our future products and improving legacy ones by implementing problem-solving methodologies and ensuring the effective use of data. You will be a key leader, responsible for defining the quality strategy, managing a team, and collaborating with a global, cross-functional organization to drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Strategy & Implementation: Define, plan, deploy, and track the module's quality strategy in collaboration with the Module Management team and key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Guide Design for Reliability and manage problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 8D's) to investigate and resolve issues with engineering and value chain teams.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze all quality-related data (internal and external) to provide insights for optimizing strategies, projects, and products.
  • Leadership & People Management: Lead a team by managing resource planning, delegating work, and controlling budgets. Conduct effective performance and development dialogues, including goal-setting and development plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage value chain stakeholders and strategic talent development. Ensure Closed-Loop-Quality (CLQ) is effectively implemented.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, or a similar specialization.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
  • Proven experience working as a Six Sigma Black Belt and with Design for Reliability.
  • Experience in managing quality teams within a large, cross-cultural, and matrixed organization.
