• Counsel, enroll, and onboard students while ensuring a smooth and supportive journey
• Contribute to revenue targets by selling, upselling, and cross-selling educational courses through calls, emails, and personal counselling
• Follow up with parents for outstanding fee collection within the defined timelines
• Handle student-related administrative tasks for a seamless experience at Aakash Institute
• Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with students and parents and resolving concerns efficiently
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards

Qualification
