Structural Engineer

Role Overview

• Undertake structural design elements on projects as required.
• Deliver detailed engineering design for a wide variety of buildings in India and internationally.
• Work closely with technicians on CAD and Revit drawings.
• Represent Buro Happold in meetings with clients, other professionals, and suppliers.
• Deliver excellent project work within deadlines and budget.
• Ensure service/design decisions are appropriate and aligned with project objectives.
• Keep senior staff updated on key design decisions.
• Coordinate with other members of the project team to ensure integration.

Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (international experience an advantage).
• Experience with secondary steel design (essential).
• Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in engineering software; Revit Structures knowledge is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Working knowledge of relevant domestic standards.
• Confident, proactive approach to problem-solving.
