• Thorough knowledge of Structural Analysis, Strength of Materials, Theory of Structures, Steel structures, engineering practices and principles, calculation methods, standards and specifications.

•Can able to Handle Team

• Highly organized, self-motivated, Flexible, focused, strong & proactive analytical, Can-do attitude, problem solving skills, negotiation skills,

• Should possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated capability of handling, difficult decisions.

• Developing solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule and project constraints

• Flexible and adaptive and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

• Should able to meet tight deadlines with extending hours when needed and able to work any shift to support client. Must have knowledge on Mobile site design, 3G, 4G & 5G Technologies.

• Must have knowledge on Mobile site design

• Preference will be given to BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in or Civil Engineering or Mechanical or structural Engineering.

• Should be able to read the Structural drawings, Building Drawings.

• Experience in common structural design software tools (AUTOCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Tower, Space Gas, Teds,Check Pole)

• Experience in using Indian standard codes, Australian Codes, European Codes, TIA 222G and 222H
