Structural Design Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Design RCC and steel structures including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, etc.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and project teams for smooth design integration.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, and relevant international standards.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical support to site execution teams and resolve structural-related issues.
• Work with external consultants when needed and review their submissions.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit (preferred).
• Sound knowledge of IS Codes, design principles, structural safety norms, and construction practices.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare reports, calculations, and structural documentation independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
