Stress Engineers (Optistruct)

• Understand the client's design and analysis requirements.
• Provide estimates to the designer/client based on project scope.
• Develop analysis methodology grounded in the physics of the problem.
• Create meshes for models using Hypermesh and set up decks for Optistruct.
• Perform structural analysis using Optistruct.
• Apply knowledge of fatigue analysis in structural evaluations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve convergence issues effectively.

Required Skills

• 4 – 8 years of hands-on experience with Hypermesh, Optistruct, and fatigue tools.
• Proven experience in the heavy equipment structural domain.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from team lead.
• Experience in providing estimates to designers and clients.

Desired Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Rail Transportation, Automotive, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of Abaqus is desirable.

Educational Qualification

• M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
