Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Real Estate sector.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term objectives and goals for the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and projects.
• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities in alignment with the company's objectives.
• Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to ensure the company's competitive position.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to the executive team and key stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
