Strategic Account Manager
Job Description
• Manage and develop strategic accounts by building strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Achieve annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and increasing share of wallet within assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and coordinate with internal teams including product management, marketing, applications, and service.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term account plans aligned with organizational sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and product marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and financial models for key accounts.
• Use CRM systems and data analytics to track account performance, monitor pipeline, and support strategic decision making.
