Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, influencers, and clinical champions across key hospital groups.
  • Strategic Commercial Engagements: Lead major contract negotiations, pricing structures, and multi-site partnership agreements.
  • Revenue & Margin Delivery: Drive account growth to meet revenue and margin targets, ensuring effective execution of account strategies.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing portfolio penetration across Histology, Advanced Staining, and Digital Pathology.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze account-level performance, sales trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to refine strategies.
  • Account Planning: Build customized, multi-year key account plans aligned with customer priorities and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Clinical Applications teams to meet customer needs.
  • Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate business forecasts and pipeline visibility in SFDC/CRM platforms.
