Strategic Account Manager
Job Description
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and clinical leaders across major hospital groups in the West region.
Lead strategic commercial engagements including contract negotiations, pricing structures, and multi-site partnership agreements.
Achieve revenue and margin targets for assigned key accounts.
Drive upselling and cross-selling across Histology, Advanced Staining, and Digital Pathology product portfolios.
Analyze account performance, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Clinical Applications to support customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM tools (SFDC).
