Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Welcome customers and understand their hair, skin, and wellness needs
• Recommend suitable products and explain features effectively
• Convert walk-in customers into successful sales
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Sales Growth & Promotion

• Actively promote products to maximize sales performance
• Support in-store promotions and local marketing initiatives
• Identify opportunities to increase store footfall and revenue
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets

Inventory & Reporting

• Track daily sales and maintain basic sales reports
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Ensure proper stock management and product availability

Billing & Cash Management

• Handle billing processes accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash transactions and ensure proper record-keeping
• Maintain transparency and accuracy in financial dealings
