Store Supervisor – RM Store, Import, Export

Store Operations & Material Management

• Check and verify all incoming material documents.
• Receive materials and prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN).
• Intimate users about material receipt and follow up for MRN inspection.
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely return of rejected materials.
• Pass MRNs and forward to Accounts Department.
• Transfer materials to custody section.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare freight vouchers and maintain monthly MIS reports.
• Handle import and export documentation including EXIM and customs compliance.

Coordination & Compliance

• Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage compliance for industrial consumables, capital goods, and raw materials.
• Supervise store staff and material handling processes.
