Store Supervisor

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, including high voltage transmission line components
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability
• Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials efficiently

Supervision & Team Management

• Lead and train store personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety norms
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance for process improvement

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store operations issues
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning

Collaboration & Vendor Coordination

• Work with engineering and project management teams to understand material requirements
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement, quality assurance, and timely delivery
