Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Sales: Provide sales and services to walk-in customers, focusing primarily on HNI clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
  • Stock & Merchandising Management: Manage stock levels, organize inventory, perform replenishment, and arrange goods in their respective locations.
  • Cash Management: Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales and stock movements.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency as per brand guidelines.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and attract customers.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, stock management, and operational requirements.
