Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries professionally
• Assist in achieving daily and weekly sales targets

Operations & Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Follow company merchandising standards to enhance product presentation

Inventory Control

• Assist with receiving stock, conducting inventory audits, and updating sales records
• Support inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels

Team Support

• Help the Store Manager in training, supervising, and motivating junior sales associates
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth store operations

Opening & Closing

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks
