• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure high standards of customer engagement and conversion

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain team

• Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and brand guidelines

• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
