• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly

• Lead, train, and motivate Beauty Advisors

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Monitor inventory & stock availability

• Implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines

• Maintain store hygiene & brand presentation

• Handle customer escalations professionally

• Track KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT, Footfall vs Sales, and Staff Productivity

• Plan local store promotions & events

• Ensure billing accuracy & shrinkage control
