Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory control, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and trade-in product management.
  • Monitor and ensure timely processing of damaged or defective goods.
  • Maintain a competition radar and provide feedback on product, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audits, and safety guidelines.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and store profitability.
  • Implement strategies to maximize sales while controlling expenses within budget.
  • Communicate actual sales vs. budgeted figures to store employees and ensure target achievement.
  • Innovate methods to improve customer footfall and conversion ratios.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, sales analysis, and action plans.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop the store team through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Schedule floor manpower to customer ratio for optimal customer interface.
  • Cultivate and maintain company culture through teamwork, collaboration, and people development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, SCM, Finance, Audit, Admin, Safety, Merchandising, etc.).
