Job Description

We are looking for energetic, experienced Store Managers who can take complete ownership of store operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage everything from daily P&L to team motivation, ensuring customers get the best cafe experience in the city.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Operations
Financial Management
Team Handling
Customer Experience
Inventory & Stock Management.
Must-Have Experience
1-8 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, QSR, or food retail operations
Proven track record in a supervisory or management role
Hands-on experience with billing systems/POS
Stock management and basic P&L understanding
Skills We're Looking For
**Excellent communication skills** - fluent in English and Hindi/Telugu
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle pressure
Customer-first attitude
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, email)
Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
Preferred Background
