Job Description
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs and targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience in the store
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock audits
- Maintain visual merchandising (VM) as per brand guidelines
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and store discipline
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
- Coordinate with Cluster Manager / Area Manager and HO teams for reporting and operations
- Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and audit compliance
