Job Description
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives. The role involves overseeing inventory, budgets, promotions, and staff development while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Business Strategy: Create and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and oversee new staff members.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Promotions & Displays: Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to drive sales.
