Job Description
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance.
Sales Management: Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues or complaints professionally.
Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, product displays, and in-store promotions to attract customers.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and report to senior management.
Budgeting: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource use.
