Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with user departments to collect information for procurement planning of materials.
  • Identify and select new vendors for sourcing required materials.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable SOPs, including Inventory Management.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment to prevent production delays.
  • Support greenfield projects by facilitating procurement and inventory setup.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any material or inventory-related issues.
