Store Assistant & Store Executive – Manufacturing Industry

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all materials and inventory items
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Store Operations

• Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of hazardous chemicals as per regulatory standards
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for inventory planning

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols for handling and storing chemicals
• Ensure compliance with MSDS, labeling, storage, and statutory norms
• Inspect storage facilities regularly for safety and quality standards

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain and update inventory management systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports
• Handle documentation for goods received, issued, and inter-departmental transfers

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and spare parts
• Liaise with logistics teams for smooth transportation and dispatch

Team Supervision

• Lead and train store personnel on inventory management and safety practices
• Assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations
