Roles and Responsibility

• Contribute to sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Design, develop, test, and support automation for data protection services within the bank.
• Develop reporting and monitoring capabilities for automation to enhance efficiency.
• Provide engineering support on the bank's data protection products and their standard usage.
• Evaluate products, features, and versions to stay updated with industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Extensive knowledge of software development languages, including Python and Bash.
• Comprehensive experience in configuration management and orchestration using Redhat Ansible.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and testing Rest API services.
• Hands-on experience with Devops SCM tooling, GitHub, and CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, and CloudBees.
• Skilled in using Devops collaboration tools, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledgeable in Veritas NetBackup and related infrastructure, and Commvault and related infrastructure.
• Mandatory PF detection is required for this role.
