Stewards-Hotel Industry

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Stewards to join our hotel team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience through excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hotel premises.
• Ensure that all guest areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support the food and beverage team in serving guests during events and meals.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
• Basic understanding of food service operations and standards.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Leaning & setting tables & placing seasonal decorations, candles& table cloths.
• Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses& delivering beverages from the bartender.
