Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Support to Servers: Assist Food & Beverage servers in all aspects of the dining experience to ensure smooth operations.
• Menu Assistance: Guide guests regarding menu items, offering information and recommendations in a helpful manner.
• Station Setup: Ensure proper setup and maintenance of all side stations within the outlet.
• Beverage Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beverage lists, ongoing promotions, and offerings to assist guests effectively.
