Responsibilities:
Table Setup & Decoration
- Clean and set tables, place seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths to create an inviting dining environment.
Customer Reception & Seating
- Welcome customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide initial service such as serving water or refilling glasses.
Beverage Service
- Deliver beverages promptly from the bartender to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality of service.
Menu Handling & Presentation
- Keep menus clean, present them to customers professionally, and assist with any menu-related inquiries.
Overall Customer Service
- Maintain a hospitable and attentive demeanor to enhance the dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
